My Services
I provide one-on-one sessions in a comfortable and welcoming environment whether it is an in-office or in-home. I individualize my session based on my patients needs and goals applying an integrative approach to assist with their healing.
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Assessment & Treatment
Initial evaluations are 75 minutes, and follow-up treatment sessions are 60 minutes. Includes a comprehensive assessment that looks at the pelvic floor as well as how the rest of your body contributes to your symptoms. Treatment sessions are then individualized and may address bladder or bowel concerns, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum changes, or symptoms related to activity and daily life. As a physical therapist, I take a whole-body approach to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and function in a way that feels supportive and effective.
Physical Therapist guided Clinical Pilates
PT-guided Clinical Pilates sessions are 60 minutes and designed to build strength, stability and mobility with clinical intention. Sessions are offered one-on-one or in duets and are tailored to your body, goals and movement history. This approach supports pelvic health, postpartum recovery, injury prevention and overall functional movement. Often this can be blended with pelvic floor physical therapy sessions as well.
Labor Preparation
Labor preparation sessions are pelvic floor PT sessions focused on preparing your body for labor. These are typically worked into the treatment sessions you already book for pregnancy maintenance, so you’re building strength, practicing movement, and preparing for labor as part of your ongoing care. While I generally recommend at least two dedicated labor prep sessions, many parents choose to attend more to feel fully confident. Sessions can be attended individually or with a partner and are tailored to your birth goals and stage of pregnancy. If you choose to only participate in 1-2 Labor Prep sessions then I recommend booking these between 32-36 weeks.
Pessary Fitting & Mangament
Pessary fitting and management sessions are 90 minutes and include assessment, fitting, education and ongoing support for pelvic support devices. Pessaries can help manage symptoms related to pelvic organ prolapse or pelvic support needs. I am trained through Herman & Wallace, ensuring evidence-based fitting and individualized care focused on comfort, function, and long-term management. Follow-up appointments are 60 mins and required to ensure the pessary fits correctly and continues to provide safe, effective support over time.
Clogged / Plugged Duct S.O.S. Treatments
Clogged or plugged duct SOS treatments are 75-minute sessions designed to provide prompt, targeted care. These sessions are recommended as soon as symptoms are noticed to maximize relief and support continued breastfeeding. Treatments are offered in collaboration with a lactation consultant and may include therapeutic ultrasound, lymphatic massage, red light therapy, and consultation with an IBCLC/OT to address root causes.
For more immediate care, treatment can be provided in your home for an additional travel fee, ensuring faster access. To expedite scheduling, please text or call the number listed on the booking or contact page.
