About Me

I was born and raised in San Diego before spending three years in Chicago to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Northwestern University. From the moment I was introduced to pelvic floor therapy, I felt a deep passion for helping women with pelvic floor dysfunction. I have dedicated my entire physical therapy career to pelvic health, learning through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and I’ve been treating pregnant and postpartum mothers both in-home and in the clinic.

I believe that women should feel empowered by their bodies and have access to essential care at every stage—from adolescence to menopause and beyond. I am passionate about raising awareness that pelvic health physical therapy should be considered standard care, just like physical therapy after knee surgery. My treatment approach includes manual therapy techniques such as myofascial release, connective tissue massage, and trigger point release, along with nervous system down training and breathing exercises. I also enjoy collaborating with other holistic providers, as having a supportive healing team can make a significant difference for many patients.

I aspire to teach and mentor future physical therapists who are drawn to this fulfilling career, as we need more pelvic floor PTs in the world! In my free time, I love hiking, playing soccer, pottery, traveling, and spending quality time with my golden retriever pup.
